I'm sure it's not recommended, but can you go straight to your trustee with a problem if your attorney refuses to return your calls or answer your emails? For two weeks I've been asking her to put in a petition on our behalf so that we can try to get our dead car released from the BK and be allowed to sell it for a used one that works. Nothing. No responses, period. I'm fed up and getting more furious by the hour!
