We completed our 341 today. 60 day club bound. All went as expected with no surprises. They asked the standard questions. Another attorney showed up from the law firm than the one handling our case.
We did have to run back and put our cell phones back in the car. Our attorney gave us a good hint. Make sure you wait until the trustee pauses after their question before you answer. Good advice. Several people are asking about tax returns. The trustee never mentioned it at all. Here is what we did for the tax return.
We are CH7 no asset with plenty of room left in our exemptions.
