    We met at the trustee office. It started right on time. They scheduled 3 at once. All were done in 15 minutes! I swear my case took 2 minutes.
    Photo ID and SS card
    stated name and address
    employed as...
    Has anyone given you money
    Inherited money?
    sold anything?
    taken 401k?

    All the standard questions. maybe 10?

    Then she said she had no further questions and we were done!

    I thought we had to pay money since we were only allow $2000 exemptions. We had about $3400? But honestly the stuff we listed was all old furniture, clothes nothing of value.

    Now we wait our 60 days for discharge......

      Yay! Sounds good! I hope mine goes that well!
      4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
      5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
      7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
      7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

        Ours was the same day too. All that worrying for nothing. We were asked the typical questions and then completed in under five minutes. Sixty day club is a wonderful place to be.
