Not in So Cal but that is becoming more common, the court system is overloaded. You'll just have to be patient.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

Do you have Pacer? I actually found from looking on Pacer that we were discharged on Monday but from looking at other cases on there it may be 8 days AFTER your discharge date before your official discharge notice is even mailed out.
I want that official notice so badly but I'll have to keep being patient.4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

I went 74 over here in the Phoenix district. Needless to say they are busy too.
I think I called the court at day 66 on advice here and was told it would be the following week, and it was.

Just spoke to my lawyer's office, they said that I should wait to day 90, and then, if nothing is showing on PACER, they will call the BK clerks's office.
Sooooo close.....
