it's also verry possible that the 2nd will sell the loan to a JDB after your Ch-7 discharge to get a non performing loan off its books. I would rather negotiate with a JDB, instead of the original bank.

Albacore, is it true that they could actually sell a 2nd to a JDB if the debt was discharged in BK?
