    We have already been discharged. Can the court lift the stay to allow a prior creditor to continue an earlier filed lawsuit?

    Did you include this lawsuit in your paperwork? What is the nature of the suit? Knowing what it is about will help members to know how to answer this question.

      only if the suit is for some kind of fraud. if it's just consumer debt, they can forget about it.

        yes it was specifically mentioned in our schedules

        They tried to file an AP, but missed the deadline. The court denied their request to lift the stay once already.

          If you don't mind me asking, what was the name of the creditor which tried to file an AP against you?
          Chapter 13 filer since Feb. 2018 under a 60 months payment plan
