Anyone able to get settlements on equity lines?

Can you post your experiences with trying to reach settlement with equity lines after filing Chapter 7?

What has been your experience....good settlement...no settlement, did they eventually foreclose on you because of no payment/settlement?

and also, which bank were you dealing with?
