Just met with attorney today and completed all paperwork. He is filing in the morning. Not sure if I feel relieved or scared. We are over the median income for a 7 but passed the means test. I'm so worried about our 341. Our lawyer said he doesn't expect problems but I still worry.

You are over by the same amount we are... we are meeting with an attorney for the first time on Friday. We won't be able to file until March though b/c we have to wait for some charges & a cash advance to fall off the 90 day period.
