Anyone have Trustee withdraw abandonement on real estate day after 341?

Filed a Chapter 7 no asset.......w/plans to reaffirm home.
341 went smooth, Trustee abandoned car, cc's, med bills, home, etc... THEN the day after he withdrew the abandonement on our home. Our attorney explained it as he needed the promissory note from our lender & an assignment note. Our lender 'was' Union Planters, but Regions took UP over (our loan was not sold). Due to this there was no assignment note. We have sent the promissory note to our attorney who has since forwarded it to the Trustee a week ago, but no word yet. Anyone ever experience this? Should we be worried?

I'm guessing noone has experienced this, but has anyone ever heard of this happening before??? Our attorney hasn't heard back from the Trustee, so we're just waiting.
I forgot to say in my original post, that the paralegal 'thinks' the Trustee withdrew because the deed still says Union Planters rather than Regions, though I'm not even sure why any of that would matter since we're reaffirming anyway.
