My husband and I have decided to shut down our company and not start another.. total acceptance. It has taken us about 8 weeks but we finally decided to let go.
In order for us to qualify, my husband has stopped giving himself a paycheck.
I have a question.. lets say we file BK on September 15th and then the approximate timeframe will be as follows:
Our 341 will be about 30 days after (October 15th)
Then 60 days to discharge (December 15th)
When would my husband be able to get a job and start receiving an income? Will he have to wait until after discharge?
