I quit watching PACER over the weekend and today got involved doing other things. About 15 min. ago, I checked my e-mail and there was a note from my atty. w/ a copy of the discharge attached (came in at 2:58 this afternoon)
Went to print it out and the printer was out of paper. Reloaded, spent $.32 on Pacer checking status and docket.
Filed 10/13/05
Discharged 2/13/05
Awaiting Closing. Days in status 0
Thought it was real nice of the atty to email me.

Too tired to party much right now, but at least I can do this...

Did you have any assets to sell? land, property, home??

Did any of your creditors object or file a adversary complaint? All this would be on pacer.....

If none of the above...... your state just may be bogged down with updating pacer.

Call the clerk of courts in your bankruptcy court and see if you have been discharged and if not why???

Did you use an attorney??

Did the Trustee ask for your income tax refund??

Let us know, and quit worrying......

No attorney, definitely no refund (I owe $1700 this year), no objections .....

Relax Callie. I've been waiting 75 days. My objection deadline was 1/30/06.
All my attorney and court clerk could say was it's because of the back up.
According to other boards I've found many that have waited 2-4 weeks after objection deadline.

I would say their posting of paperwork is REALLY BEHIND..... in some of the larger courts.....

Patience, also call the clerk of courts and ask if your discharged....
