Am I in the clear?

I will be coming up on the end of my 60 day creditor objection period in two weeks(1/18) and have not had an update on my case from the trustee, not a peep. Up to this point I haven't even seen the "report of no distribution" filed yet. No contact, no requests for additional info. Am I in the clear at this point or is this something I should be concerned about?

Are you registered with Pacer? All districts are different on their timelines of filing the no distribution reports.

Yes, I've been checking on Pacer but nothing has been filed as of yet.

if you are an asset case then you will not see a report of no distribution. Normally, when the trustee objects to something, the trustee will put your attorney on alert before they enter something on pacer. But like tom says, better no news than good news. After the 60th day, then you will be in the clear since after that, the trustee can not object to anything.

We're on the same time frame as you. I can't fully relax until I see that discharge notice though. You just never know. I would hate to think I am in the clear, then see something come up the day before. Been trying to keep my mind off of it and stay busy until that day.
