Our case was discharged yesterday, and I was wondering how long it takes for the case to close.

I am not sure. I am wondering the same since ours was discharged January 4, 2011 and it still isn't closed....

i think it can take up like 6 months or more before it finally closes. Not really sure though.

What does it mean when the court says case terminated? Is it the same as being closed? My case was discharged 11/24/2010 and terminated 11/29/2010

341 meeting 9/25/2010
Discharged 11/24/2010 no assets
Terminated 11/29/2010
