    No previous BK

From what I have read, PRVDISCH means "previous discharge". I have never filed BK before, so why would this appear on my case on pacer? Every other thread I read, the poster says, yeah I filed back in 19XX, but I have not ever filed. Is there another reason it would be on there?

    Hi losingmybiz,

Each court has their own PACER abbreviations and how they use them.

Is there a Y or N next to it? It could mean they checked/need to check on it.

And of course it could be a flat out mistake....might call up the court clerk and ask about it

PACER is a two-edged sword, I wish they would standardize it or at least have each court post their abbreviations on their website..
