Joint Household, but only judgment against spouse

I live in TN, I'm considering just paying off my credit card debt, and letting my wifes go until judgment about 55K.

I own 2 cars (in my name only) and 1 house in both our names with about 20K in equity.

My wife has no income, so if they get a judgment are they able to put a lein on our house since i'm a co-owner and wasn't responsible for her cc debt?

Is there an exemption from liens if there isn't enough equity??? and if so would it only have to be half the equity since we co-own?

    Thanks in advanced.
