Does anyone have any experience in obtaining another mortgage after foreclosure. I have completed chapter 13 and will have money for down payment, how difficult will it be to obtain a new mortgage. My credit score has improved during 13 as i have been paying on two car loans for four years during 13. Thanks for any help.
