Couple of Questions about a car

We are filing 7 most likely in August. My question is about our car. We are current and plan to stay current on it. Can they repo it once we file? Do I need to reaffirm or ridethru?

Some car loan companies repo after you file for bankruptcy even if you're current, if you ride-through and don't re-affirm. Other car loan companies allow you to ride-through.

Tell us who your loan is with and maybe someone else who used the same car loan company will tell you how it worked for them.

Loan is with Lafayette bank and Trust. I believe First Merchants Corp.

Yeah met with a couple of attorneys and never got a straight answer.
