    Domestic Support Obligations Form

I have a question..about the domestic support obligations disclosure form, I have a court ordered child support payement that's taken directly out of my paycheck, and because of that I am current/not in arrearages..dose that mean I can check the option on the form that saids?:

I do not owe any person or entity a debt defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(14A) as a "domestic
    support obligation."

I read 11 U.S.C. § 101(14A) and according to my understanding i don't "owe" a domestic support obligation debt, but unsure.

You need to ask this of your attorney for the very best advice.

However, because this payment is automatically being drawn out of your bank account, I think you need to check mark YES in any paperwork. Once you file BK, your bank account--wherever, and whomever it is with--may close you out, and your automatic draw for this payment be left high and dry.

As I said, talk to your attorney. That is what you are paying for.

Yes, you do owe a person or entity a debt defined as a "domestic support obligation". That is why you are paying it. The debt was imposed upon you in a civil court.
