We got our notice of 341 today in the mail. It is Jan 7th, on this form it said "abuse not presumed" and "no assets at this time" ... both good things I m presuming, but know it's not over til discharge... our discharge date is set for march 15th which I find kinda confusing since we filed on the 11-24...and have our meeting on 1-7. Any thoughts? At this point what good would PACER do me?

I went on Pacer yesterday just to see if anyone had posted Notices of Appearance...and I didn't find any...but watch that Pacer thing...know what ya want before ya go in there....I paid a $1.00 to find the information that I wanted. (My notice that I got last week said the same thing too....) -
I filed on Nov 20th, 341 set for Dec 23 discharged set on Feb 22nd. I guess the holidays and the amount of cases is being filed is may be overwhelming the system.Comment
