Our 341 took about 5 minutes. We got there and found a parking space two hours early just to be certain we were not late, had lunch and were in the courthouse 45 minutes before scheduled time. There were about 20 others that day and he seemed to go alphabetically.
The trustee asked us about five standard questions and we were done.
That was on 3/1 and on 3/2 Pacer is showing "Ch 7 Trustee Report of No Distribution"
We had exempted our 2011 tax refund, about $4,000.00 and that was the only thing I was worried about - I was pretty sure he would not want our 1997 F250.
I thought he might ask if we wanted him to short sale our house, since he asked another couple before us, but he did not.
Now we wait out the 60 days and hopefully we will be done with this.
