separation & bankruptzy

in march 2009 transfered my 50% share of condo to wife

in april 2010 we got legal separation and she got the condo

am about to file bankruptzy in nov 2010. will creditors go after her condo since it was within the 5 year declaration that i have to make on the form in regards to real estate transactions that i have made ?
