This isnt for me since my ch7 was discharged last year but any input would be appreciated. My girlfriend has filed ch7 and has 341 Nov 30th I think. Here's the delima, she has 2 autos one is included in bk the other is paid off and falls under the exempt status. Both vehicles are dodge trucks. One is a newer truck with nice wheels and the other is in ok condition. Is it against the rules to switch the wheels an tires putting the nicer wheels and better tires on the older vehicle before the newer truck gets repoed?
