    Note, that, once again, this is NOT a foreclosure

    It is, like so many other major busts, referred to as "an orderly transfer of the property back to the lender."

    Big business, does NOT have "foreclosures". Just "orderly transfers".

    Our own "orderly transfer" is still underway. Like the investment company, no agreement has been reached between us and BoA, as to when and how the transfer will be accomplished.
