This is US Bank, and it is legit. The interest rates are going to be a little high, but I have always had good service from US Bank.

So this 722 thing is only for existing loans...not for people in or post Ch 7 who need a car loan?

Basically, the 722 thing is to resolve issues in bk. IMO, it would be a valuable tool for the trustee. Go to the site and click on trustee and you'll see how it could help resolve $$$ issues for them.
