I have turned in my bank statements to my BK lawyer and was just wondering if the Trustee's have A legal option to request bank statements also directly from my bank also ?
He could if he really wanted too, Bankruptcy is still a court and the trustee could request a subpoena. But because the BK code requires the debtor participate with the Trustee, it is easier and less costly for the trustee to request the info from the debtor.

I agree. Never doubt however, the amount of power that a trustee has, probably second only to God........
