4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!

Hi whipster1: Don't worry! 'Hub and I are here for the 'Long Haul'. We made many mistakes along the way, and it was an uphill battle, all along the way.

OH, I wish I could thank each of you for your sharing our joy. The close is not the big thing, but the AP still out there was concerning us in the closure. I have a small fortune in PACER inquiries. I was STUNNED when I saw the motion. We ARE very happy.

Whip, and all, no we are not likely to leave here soon. We were far more ignorant of this process than most newbies here. Question Whaaaa?
I'm sorry, I don't get it....what have you been waiting 2 years for to happen?? Why is someone else 13 months into their BK??? I thought it took about 90 days. I actually remember when your BK was discharged...doesn't that mean it's all over???? Please reply, really confused!! Thanks!!
