Had my 341 meeting on April 25th,2007..I live in North Carolina..I have seen many post on here where bankruptcy being discharged 2 months after the 341 meeting...My lawyer says it takes 3 to 6 months after the 341 meeting..The trustee is saying no asset case on the pacer report..Are each state different or does anyone believe it will be 60 days..Creditors have until June 25th to file any fight against this..Maybe North Carolina is just slowwww..any comments or feedback is appreciated

I have no idea
I filed May 31st in Western District of North Carolina.
My 341 is on July 2nd, not sure when to expect discharge.
I'd be interested in learning too, or perhaps we'll learn together.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

Generally, Discharge comes 60 days after the scheduled 1st 341 Meeting of the Creditors.
Say, for example, your Trustee continued your case at the 1st 341 for some reason,........ Or your 341 had to be rescheduled for some reason,........ Doesn't matter. The 60 day clock starts ticking then.
If you haven't had an Extension filed by the UST's Office to delay your case, you should receive Discharge right on time.
Now when the Court posts the Discharge,........... That's a whole different story.
Some post on the day of. Immediately. Ours posted a week later, in the middle of the night.
If you don't have one,........ Maybe get a PACER acct and check the status of your case.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Your Court may Discharge and Close on the same day. Some do.
I ran a Day/Date Calculator on your dates. Your 341 was on April 25th, so your Discharge isn't due to come until June 24th at the earliest.
That's probably the reason you aren't seeing anything yet. It's just too soon at this point.
Your Discharge may show right on June 24th. But, you really need to give it until around the 1st of July or so.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
