Here we go with collections...

We are planning on filing ch 13 in Aug (or as long as we can hold our to save extra money), anyway, today I received my 1st collection notice (GS Services) for my AMEX card. Wow, they move fast! My last payment to them was 5/2 and I kinda expected a little more time. Is this a normal time frame? Should I be concerned about being sued soon? Maybe it's because we referred all our credit card calls to our attorney, now everything is moving faster...Okay, I need to breathe.....

From what I have heard and read on these boards, Amex appears to be one of the more aggressive (and a big pain in the butt) creditors out there
