So yesterday I got a few voicemails from Encore Receivables management. Went online to look at all of my accounts today - the only change in access is two of our BofA accounts, so I'm assuming they have been sold... Both show online that they are charged off.

Interestingly, I can still access historical statements online, which is a good thing as the registry on my EHD became corrupted and I lost all of my BK files that were on my computer! In the process of reconstructing everything now... what a mess!

I managed to recover all my files!!! 25 gruelling hours spent doing research and then finding and reconstructing all my data... but now I have all my BK files back and will be implementing a backup system.
