I have been working a few months at correcting errors in my credit reports. Met life home loans was my mortgage that was included and discharged in my chapter 13 bankruptcy. I disputed the balance they showed for this of $12,000,they removed the balance awhile ago. Now in the last week they changed my status one by one to charge off bad debt placed for collections. Can they do that it is clearly included and discharged in my chapter 13. It makes me so mad because we are preparing to buy a house now.
