Check your credit and see if there is an inquiry from a bank you don't know about.
Also request a Chexsystems report, if he opened a new account somewhere, 90% of banks use CS and their would be an inquiry from a bank on his CS report.
If their is no inquiry on CS, he is probably using an alternative method of paying, like a visa gift card or prepaid CC.
The CS report would probably be your best bet, and could lay your worries to rest about any accounts you may not know about.
Whether or not the account has been closed, I'd let your attorney know... nothing worse than getting blindsided. If it is nothing to worry about, he'll tell you, if it IS something to worry about and you didn't tell him he'll be pissed and tell you.
My first thought when I read the origional post was "How could someone keep a bank account from the trustee, when a SSN is required to open a bank account?"
It seems like attempting to hide a bank account would be automatically discovered. Correct?

Yeah, problem is, he does this from his work laptop...not here at home. Its not the first time! Im just getting sick of it! So, does the trustee really run your SSN and locate any and all accounts a person has?
