Schedules A/B and C--vehicle

I am filing Pro Se out of Missouri. I have a car that has a current value of $1700.00; however, I owe $6500.00. My questions are: Under Part 2 Of schedule A/B "Describe your vehicles" under "Current Value of Entire Property" I have put $1700.00. Under "Current Value of the Portion you Own" I have also put $1700.00. Should this line be $6500.00? On Schedule C I am claiming the vehicle as exempt. Under current value of the portion you own, just like A/B, I have put $1700.00. Under The Amount of Exemption You Claim: I have no idea what value to enter. Thanks for any help.
