When you write "included" do you mean you included it with plans of letting go of it or are you planing on reaffirming?

I added it as in releasing interest in the vehicle. Since her name is on it, she will be the one responsible for it after the bk is over.

It would seem to me if you are in BK and you reaffirm the loan and it's in your name then you would still be responsible? Unless, you plan to let the bank have it? I am not sure though?

I believe the short answer is: Yes, she will still be responsible to make payments.

Long story short, had to do Bk before divorce. The vehicle she took with her when she left in Dec. 07 has my name on it also. When i filed, i included that vehicle. Is she now going to be the only responsable party for the vehicle when my bk is done and over? She has been paying for it since then and the payments are up to date.
