Now everyone is put out of work by unfair pricing that we have no control over. The cost of living in this country is super high and there's nothing you can do about it unless you live in a cardboard box and don't pay rent/mtg.
The movie is propaganda. I know the message without viewing it.

If we force that type of trade agreements with China, what do we then do with the countries we export heavily to yet receive little trade in return?

The cost of living in this country varies by choices we make.

Remember years ago when things were all more expensive before Walmart and everything... and people all had more money and were able to buy more stuff for cash. Wal-mart didn't do us any favors. They came in and were like a cancer to all of the cities.

I was going to say rent this movie, but they have it on-line now!
"Walmart: The High Cost of Low Price"

That is the full movie on-line. Watch it and learn how Walmart has destroyed this entire country. Watch all of the mom and pop shops that have been put out of business.

You said you are $300 short of paying an attorney for BK. Have you indeed paid him anything to retain him? If so, why not ask the attorney what to do? My attorney stopped a judgement action from Home Depot - with a phone call to their attorney - before I had paid him in full and filed CH7.

So, you let it go to default judgment. Do not engage in answering the summons and become a participant to a lawsuit if your going to be filing BK within the next six months or so. Its pointless and you can lose more than if you just allow them to get a judgment and then vacate it later.

I don't care what anyone else says, you can vacate the judgment after you file BK. Also if they don't know where you work or bank (always change banks after you know you have had a lawsuit filed against you) if you ever paid them from that bank.
I am going to call my lawyer today to ask what I should do. I have no assets and my income is less than 40k so I am unsure why CITI thinks I have money to pay if I even got a judgement against me.

I've been "pushing" out payments via electronic bill pay from Bank of America to GMAC mortgage. Will they try to snatch money from BoA? How long before they do that? I was just served on the 19th to answer the Lis Pendens.

Politics has become a really dirty business. It has been corrupted by those who are in it for their own self gain rather than the people or the country. Gone are the great leaders we had prior to the 70's. But then again I don't just blame it on leadership. We the people allowed our country to turn into a land of jungle rules. We the people did nothing while our system turned into dog eats dog in nature.

Canada is more middle-class oriented than socialist. People seem to confuse services such as welfare programs for socialism.
