My neice's Dodge Neon sat in my driveway almost a year before they came and got it. And she wasn't hiding it, every time they called she gave them my number to call to set up a time for the repo guy came to get it.

Must be a glitch in the system because it mysteriously appeared in one of my threads too. In fact a lot of off the wall crap pops up in my threads.

I know. Im going on a short vacation and don't want to deal with any issues. Plus I have to put 90 days between to be safe and don't want to deal with any calls on vacation.

Im going to do a sneak attack on the creditiors.....

I filed on 5/7 and my payments on two vehicles were due on the 3rd and 7th respectively. I didn't make my May payments and the filing was so close to the missed payments that it wasn't reflected in my credit report. I hadn't masterminded this, it was by chance, but it assisted me greatly when I financed a newer used car.

just wanted to let everyone know i bought another car today. So I will be letting my other car go. Im not sure yet if im doing a chap 7 or 13 but if i do a 13 i know i need to wait 91 days because of the car. I will make one more payment to the car im letting go for july. Im going to pay aug, sept. I will save that money and file sometime in oct. I hope this all works out.

Btw the car is 130 a month cheaper than i was paying before. I hope that will look good to the trustee.

Credit scores were high 600. we haven't filed bk yet. Probably will with in 90 days.

Pardon me for assuming, but when someone says "my attorney" I automatically think they hired one and are over the reviewing/consulting part and should no longer just ask other attorneys at random.
I consulted with one is what i mean....I still like to hear from the general public.
