It was the hearing for GMAC. Trustee's report says everything is good to go. Just got to wait it out now.

Maybe...Hopefully. Screw them, they could have been left off and I would not have been in such a bad shape if they didnt take 6 months to even look at a short sale packet. Or even answer a phone for that matter. They got what they deserved.

Hmm... not sure what hearing canceled means... I would call your attorney. The motion your mortgage company filing gets a hearing date so they can relieve the stay. If you are surrendering your home, you need not worry about the hearing at all. My attorney filed a motion the other day saying that we do not object to the relief because I'm letting my house go and want them to get on with it! Our hearing for the motion to be relieved of the stay is set for 9-8. Which I'm not sure why they even bothered since the last day to object is 10 days after that.

Finished my 341 yesterday. TT asked us if everything we signed was true... basically that was it. He said Have a nice day. I think we were up there the shortest of everyone. Anyways, I check PACER today and it says
"Hearing Cancelled" entered yesterday? I dont get it? I was there my attorney was there...it happened I swear. Whats going on?

There was also new listings of a "Auto-docket of credit card receipt" and a Motion for relief by my Mortgage company...who is in fact Taylor Bean..who was raided yesterday by Feds and Doors padlocked..wonder how that will turn out. Anyways, digging into the TB relief paperwork, they are told to appear on 9-2-09??? I'm a little confused. Can anyone shed some light on this?
