I can't believe your Trustee tried to Saabotage your case! Hang in there!

I told you in another thread that Saab's were nothing but headaches.

And for those who have assets and/or an income that was high or is high, please have LOTs of papers and receipts and explanations to bury the trustee in.

Same for documentation of expenses. That was not my issue since now I am so much below the median, but for those who are above median, make sure you have a lot of documentation for all of your expenses.

How far back into your bank statements did the trustee go?

About 8 months. But he spent most of his time on the last six months.

Well the trustee definitely succeeded in making me feel worse. I felt like an irresponsible loser after I left my 341. But when I got home and thought about how he was looking at my former income and just fishing for easy money he could grab, I stopped taking it personally.

All said and done, an little public humiliation is a small price to pay for getting my life back in sync with my real values.

Sorry you were grilled! That does not seem to be the experience of most people.

It is sometimes the experience of people who have over 100k unsecured debt, and assets and a formerly high income or who are self employed.
