To re-affirm or not to re-affirm...that is the question...

I've read almost all of the reaffirmation posts on here, but here is my story:

    I'm in North Carolina.

    Wife's car:
Owe another $1400, not upsidedown (Credit Union in Illinois)

    My car:
Bought new in Jan, lifetime powertrain (Chrysler Financial)
Owe $25K, not upside down yet.

    My house:
Planning to keep. (Wells Fargo/Veteran's Loan)

Nothing is behind on payments. Been paying those three things since I have filed.

Had my 341, and the lawyers for Wife's and My car have sent re-affirmation agreements for us to sign and send back in. My lawyer says he does not sign them so we would have to go to a judge to have them approved (which they said that the judge often approves).

Re-affirmation for the house has not come in yet.

Our last date for discharge is Jan 19, 2010.

Contemplating just signing for my car (terms on the agreement are the same as the original loan + 172 bucks in lawyer fees), paying off my wifes car, and continuing to make the payments on the house.

I can probably pay my wife's car in the next 2-3 months. Would this look bad to the trustee? Or do they really care post-341?

I've tried to leave as much details as possible...

    What would you do?

    Thanks! I love this website!
