I am almost ready to file my bankruptcy (I think) but have housing issues.
The house I rent is in really bad shape. I don't pay much in rent so that helps offset the deplorable conditions.
It's starting to...... well, just about fall apart. Since I have pets it is hard to locate a reasonably affordable property to rent, but there are tons of properties to buy on contract.
Would it cause problems, or even just look bad, if I was to pursue that avenue before filing bankruptcy?
