My current lease will be up soon and my son has offered to buy a car (paying cash) and rent it to me as I will most likely be unable to purchased a car with my current credit score and the fact that I will most likely have some judgments in the next year. I just want to make sure that this is legal. I could see this being an issue at a debtors exam.
