Filing separately from spouse - but she has multiple business trustee is targeting

So I had a business failure in 2009, resulting in a personal judgement of $900K. My wife has "started" several LLC businesses since that time. I work for her but take no salary. Trustee is nosing around my involvement in her businesses trying to make the case that I am her partner, and her businesses are thus subject to consideration in my non-consumer BK filing.

Anyone ever encountered this before?
