I live in California, was doing really well after having a BK Ch.7 after my first divorce which left me with a very bad credit situation..I started rebuilding and all was great, my scores were 690, 695, 698 and I had credit and accounts with NFCU.
I'm reading on all the bad stuff that is said and venturing a new territory as I'm not sure how I will be affected with the Ch.13 vs the Ch.7 - I'm sure they both will be just as bad, but after loosing my hrs at work, my husband being laid off and my daughter's employment closing it was a train wreck. My Mother then got ill and instead of writing a book here all I have to say is that I've had a very bad year and I have no choice but to file a BK..
I'm hoping to obtain help from all the posts here.
