In regards to Walmart's check scanners; it doesn't work on all checks. I make my own checks and I do not use magnetic ink. When I use a check at Walmart, it doesn't read. There policy is if it doesn't read, is to deny the check for payment. But most places will accept the check and process the check manually. Walmart's scanners are magnetic readers. Some scanners are optical and some of the newer ones are optical and magnetic. The places that do accept my checks and process them by hand; there is a float but I suspect that is going to come to a halt eventually.

Under FDA policy, it would have been VeriChip's responsibility to bring the adverse studies to the FDA's attention, but VeriChip CEO Scott Silverman claims the company was unaware of the research.
so the FDA basicly does nothing to find out what it does until way after the fact & it is known that these chips give tumors to animals.

US military experts are attempting to create an army of super-human soldiers who will be more intelligent and deadly thanks to a microchip implanted in their brains.
In other words, it will control the minds of human soldiers & that is supposed to do what? after all the soliders on the globe are implanted making them all the more DEADLY, I fail how to see that would be progress.

Someone sure has plans, don't they.

"Microchip Implants: Answers to Frequently Asked Questions"

    Super-soldiers may get brain-chip

    Article from:

    October 24, 2005

US military experts are attempting to create an army of super-human soldiers who will be more intelligent and deadly thanks to a microchip implanted in their brains.

Scientists believe the implant will vastly improve the memory of troops so that they can recall every detail of their training and become more effective fighters.

Researchers at the University of Southern California's bio-engineering department have created the chip, which acts in exactly the same way as the hippocampus - the part of the brain that deals with memory.

In experiments, the team removed that section of the brain of dead rats and inserted the chip in its place. The implant sent exactly the same electronic signals as the real thing.

The next stage of the project is to test the implant on live animals. If this work proves to be as successful, experiments could one day be carried out on soldiers.

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is inviting chronically ill policyholders to participate in a two-year trial to test implanted RFID tags.

    By Mary Catherine O'Connor

July 17, 2006—Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, is initiating a two-year clinical trial to test the use of an implantable RFID tag, the VeriChip, to access the medical records of chronically ill patients. If a patient participating in the trial is admitted to the emergency room at New Jersey's Hackensack Medical Center, staff there will use a handheld reader (interrogator) to read the tag's 16-digit ID and call up the patient's medical files in a database.
An RFID-based EAS system is already being tested by German retailer Metro Group, using Checkpoint technology to manage inventory, and to deter and track theft.

    Pentagon Studies Human Microchip Implants

The Defense Department's plans to study implanting microchips in soldiers is already sparking concerns about privacy issues (and is likely to send the stock price of tinfoil to new highs).

"People are going to say, 'What about my personal rights?' ... Even though you shelve some of your rights as a citizen (in the military), you don't shelve them all," said Joe Davis, spokesman for the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

The chip would relay vital statistics about the patient such as lactate, glucose and oxygen levels in the blood. Researchers believe the technology would also be useful in other government programs such as measuring astronaut data, as well as civilian first-responder uses, according to a news release from Clemson University.

Clemson researchers believe the program is five years away from human testing. The program will include testing on a new gel developed by Clemson scientists that aids in preventing the chip from being rejected by the human body.

It's only a $1.6 million study, but there's something about human RFID implants that tends -- quite understandably -- to make people's skin crawl.

You are so right AngelinaCatHub! I know exactly what you are talking about regarding those electronic checks at Wal-Mart! I've had that happen several times. Finally, I just gave up writing any checks there. Really, what's the point if there's no float time? Although, in my experience, there actually was some float time with those electronic checks. It still took two days to be deducted from my bank account. I constantly checked up on my account to track their patterns of debiting.

For what my 2 cents is worth, I would say that this clearly resembles the "mark of the beast" in terms of the fact you wouldn't be able to buy, sell or trade goods without it. Not to mention that fact that if the implanting of microchips in humans were to become worldwide, then that is another indication of the "sign of the times". The world is already headed towards this when you take into consideration the Euro dollar and once we are all using the same form of currency, then you can bank on yet another sign that is pointing in the direction of Christ's return (the Rapture).

This chip thing will be a subtle seduction, in that they will ‘sell you a bill of goods’ of how good this will be. Now back to prophesy, a credit card meets the criteria of the mark, as you hold it in your hand. However, a chip in the palm could be held over a scanner to activate the code, but you could loose your hand in an accident so, put one in your head (forehead) as a backup. A nice flat surface to scan. Now it would all be academic if you lost your forehead wouldn’t it? ‘Hub

I worked at a public library for a while, and one of the most damnable reference questions I ever had was from a patron(?) that he and wife had a new baby, and he wanted to have a TATTOO put on the baby's face, and wanted to know if the ink was poisonous. Not only did I refuse to answer the question but told him I would call the sheriff and report him for child abuse!

BTW this RFID chip does not transmit a signal like a locator. It is only activated when you wave a scanner within a few inches of the chip. My cats both have two RFID chips (different companies) because some scanners are incompatible with other brands.

Our DMV now requires an original birth certificate before you can renew your drivers license. Divorced women must also provide proof they are who they say they are by showing up with all of their old marriage certificates - or no renewal. One lady on the news was complaining she divorced her first husband 43 years ago and had no idea how to find the marriage certificate (she probably burned it).

So she's a good candidate for the RFID chip, or the branding. Gives new meaning to gazing at the moon.

Now for those slightly into prophecy, (‘Riggs, please leave the forum for now), I was a pioneer in that I installed the first UPC scanning store in Florida with my career company of 34 yrs. Yes my company helped design the bar codes. Type code A the big one you see on cans has 12 numbers. In the start is a sync up character which is a six, 0110 binary, then five number of the vendor “Campbell’s” then another 6 0110 binary, then the next five numbers “chicken soup”. Then the last sync character 6 or 0110 binary. So as the laser light can scan either direction. It scans 100 times per second and twice to compare before it says alright to go. The six and the nine are reciprocal numbers. Every number has an opposite number six (6) and nine (9) are reciprocal numbers. Six in binary is 0110 and nine in binary is 1001. The opposite. A computer does not have the capacity to subtract. It only adds. That is a fact. To subtract, it inverts the subtrahend and adds it.

Confused now, good you would not be normal if not. OK, look at your SS number. Nine numbers in U.S. and nine numbers in Canada. Nine numbers is who you are. Ask any IRS person. John Doe are many names but only one SS number. You use this number to buy or sell. Try to get a loan without it. When you purchase, you subtract with nine numbers the reciprocal of 6. 666 is the number of the system that makes a computer work. When adding binary number in a decimal manner, you may get an incorrect number as, there is no ten in the penny row. The computer adds a “hardware correction six” and walla you get ten in binary which is: 0001 0000.

If you note in the seventies came out troy ounce Universal Credit Units made of pure silver marked 999, all had wheat and a scale and the world on them. I knew what they where and purchased some. It was a very early attempt to make a World currency. Then the Euro came along. Still fake money but the World Trade Unit was pure. 999 pure to purchase things from 666, the computer.
