I have been making payments on my truck and motorcycle and haven't done anything -
So to reaffirm a loan to make sure it still goes in the credit do I do that after discharge?...Leave a comment:

Well that's crap so now won't have any accounts to build credit back, was hoping my truck and mortgage would build my credit back up. And what I mean by past deliquncies staying in the report like it I had a 60 days delinquent 4 months ago. Car I will surrender, the motorcycle I will keep so guess that's a reaffirm both with USAA. Have 1 other truck with different lender i want to keep so guess need to reaffirm that too. My lawyer is horrible he didn't explain any of this stuff to meLeave a comment:

Ok no worries I don't want a 36k car anyways I will just save up and can get a nice used one for 20k. Was really just wondering options and if it's normal to say you have to apply for surrender and that's not a mandatory approvalLeave a comment:

I agreed to leave 1 car off the bk, mortgage, 1 motorcycle. Everything is showing included in the bk. What's up with that, after discharge will it go to show current again? And do all late payments get dropped or does the accounts even included in the bk still show late payments?... -

Auto surrender?
I am so confused and my layer is no help at all. I filed for ch 7 and think just waiting for the trustee to cash the over exemption money order for it to be discharged. I have a car with USAA and instead of keeping paying storage I asked them to get it since it's in the bk they said I need to do a surrender...
