Meet with my atorney last night. Signed a bunch of papers, gave him my past 6 months business gross/expenses. I'm left with about $1200/month. He's pretty sure I can get a 36 month payback but might have to go a little longer. I'd be more comfortable with 48 months but if I can get paid off in 36 it'd be a good thing. I'd have my truck paid off in the 36 months and not in 48 I have left on the actual loan. He said we'd have the 341 meeting in January sometime. so...things are now set in motion.
