    Another Question

Would it look bad, to pick up health insurance before filing?

It's going to take a bit 1 or 2 months to save up the lawyers fees/bankruptsy fees, and I'm not worried about my credit scores or being harrassed I've reached the point where I just want to get this done and if I stop making my payments on my CC I'll be able to afford health insurance without worring that I wont have enough money for food and other expenses.

Most definitely get health insurance before you file. Remember to add the monthly payment to your expenses too.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Absolutely - that is an easily qualified, acceptable expense. "dont leave home without it"....
