We're glad you found us, Kaylee! Thanks for sharing your story - you should be proud of yourself! You are following the best path to solve your situation, and hopefully the life and financial lessons you've learned along the way will keep you from ever finding yourself deeply in debt again. Your children are also learning a valuable lesson about how important it is to live within what they make when they are older. It's very hard for you and your children now, but you have a good plan, and relief will come once you've filed. Remember we're here whenever you need to vent or have questions - hang in there!

I think kaylee meant she was making payments to the attorney.
        Bankruptcy History:
        Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
        Discharged - 02/16/2006
        Case Closed - 11/08/2007

All suggestions are based on personal experience and research and SHOULD NOT be construed as legal advice as I am NOT an attorney. Always consult with competent counsel in your area with regards to your particular situation.
