The confirmation hearing is tomorrow at 10am in regards to allowing the judge to decide whether to have those individual debts added in as "joint" or to leave them as is. I'll bet money he has us add them in, hence the entire reason why i wanted them added in before this confirmation hearing. I'll be very surprised if he lets it stand in our favor since it seems that the trustee wants them recorded as joint but we will see tomorrow and I will let you all know.

I've taken night time tranquilizers so I can sleep and will take a day time one before i leave.

well, we walk in, our lawyer takes us outside. He says that they are going to continue this until AFTER the last day of the creditor claims ...they are waiting on TWO creditors who have not filed yet. they have until april 23. he told me that the other ones in question have indeed come back as I SAID and as i reported them. We said that's fine we will wait. if the creditors that we are still waiting for come back as i said then it will be confirmed. if it those remaining two come back joint (which i don't expect them to) we will add them in, and that will be that. but i'll tell you. I feel good that the ones I said were individual ARE IN FACT being claimed that way by the creditors. that makes me "truthful" and there should be no doubts that I am truthful ....so really basically it's over. we just wait to see how those two come in.

You must have been so relieved! Great news that several of your creditors told the court that the way you reported the accounts was correct. Sounds downhill from here for you - congratulations!

Boy, I'll tell you what! It certainly sends a huge message that What I said on my creditor schedules were absolutely true! I am so glad that the ones they question have started coming in saying in fact that I posted them right. It also makes better sense to wait until AFTER the creditor deadline to be SURE they are right IF they even bother to file a claim. I feel tons better about that because if by chance the judge went ahead with my affidavit that we signed saying that the creditors I listed were true and correct and one of them should come back joint, I'd probably be a nervous wreck about it. this way, the two they are waiting for if they come back in fact joint, I have no problem adding them in. but i don't think they will come back joint.

but yes in answer to your question, i feel a LOT better.
