    341 & change of income

As I have posted several times DH has been unable to work due to an accident he was in a few months ago. We filed ch 7, 341 coming up on Tuesday. Anyway had talked with 2 different people at attorney's office who said we need to file before he goes back to work and that once we get filed the court cannot throw us into a 13 when he goes back. (because everything is set as of the day we file).

Well...he has now gone back to work and just got his first check. Of course they messed up his pay and included 6 days instead of 5 making his check more than it should be. I have to fax this check stub to the lawyer so they can ammend our schedules to show the increase in income. She said she has to show us in the red. I asked if it was a problem and she said no, she just needs to show us in the red. But I am still getting myself worked up over this error. Even with the higher check he made for this week multiplied by 52 and adding in my income we should be just under the median by a couple thousand.

I am making myself sick over this 341!! LOL I will be so glad when its over!

Don't stress it! We were asked to bring the two paycheck stubs we received since filing with us to our 341 - our trustee never asked us for them. If your lawyer is ok with the situation, chances are things will be just fine.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
