Apply for new credit BEFORE or AFTER discharge for fastest rebuild of credit?

I want to rebuild our credit as FAST as possible! Can I start now??? My timeline is in my siggy below... would it be against the rules or potentially damage my case to apply for new credit now? I just want to do this the smart and fast way. We are really wanting to get a new house within 2 years so we need to get going! Anyone know anything about this? Or any suggestions?

I did get started with Orchard prior to my discharge, though techinically you aren't supposed to.. not sure who would really know the difference
